About Us

Charles earned his Bachelor of Science - Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1980. He earned his New Jersey Certificate of Public Accounting in October, 1984, and is also licensed as a CPA in New York. He spent several years at KPMG Main Hurdman before starting his own practice in 1987. He served as a Director at Wayne Savings Bank, FSB from 1993 to 1998, and is currently a Director at NVE Bank in Englewood, NJ, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Charles taught as an adjunct Accounting professor at Ramapo College from 1992 to 1994. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Charles served as the Chairman of the Professional Conduct Committee of the NJSCPA from 2007 - 2009, and is currently serving as a member of the committee. He is a Past President of the Bergen Chapter of the NJSCPA.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Science - Accounting from Ramapo College in 1991. She received her CPA license in February 1994, and is also licensed as a CPA in New York. Kathleen joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 2006. She is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Kathleen served as the President of the Bergen Chapter of the NJSCPA, and is currently a Co-chairperson for the Bergen Chapter's Annual Tax Seminar.
